Our minds are a powerful resource, which if given free rein and not exercised in the right way, may become more of a hindrance to our wellbeing, than a help. I am passionate about educating people to use their mind as a force for good, helping them to make positive changes and leaving them free to achieve more of what they want (or less of what they don’t want) and live a happier and more fulfilling life, in which they feel more in control.
I do this with a combination of mental skills training, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, NLP and performance coaching techniques. Working together involves a series of sessions in which I will teach you powerful techniques and exercises that raise your awareness of how your mind works and how to maximise its potential so that it works for you, and not against you. Much of the time, the barriers and obstacles that get in the way of our ability to achieve something, are as much psychological, as they are physical, or practical. Developing your mental skills will improve your psychological flexibility and leave you more in control of your thoughts, attitude and mindset; this way, it’s you who gets to decide what you do, or don’t do (not your mind), freeing you to perform at your best and live a life that you find rewarding and fulfilling.
